Miracleman

A forgotten 1950s superhero rediscovers his powers as an adult, triggering a slow but unstoppable transformation of the planet into a post-scarcity utopia governed by superhuman entities. Moore dismantles piece by piece the naive rhetoric of classic superheroism to rebuild it as a plausible political scenario — what would actually happen if a god in a costume decided to reorganize human civilization from above.
